What the Aftercare and Protection Plan Includes
We apply professional-grade products across all areas identified during your survey and remediation works.
For mould-resistant decorating, we use anti-mould emulsions and paints for walls and ceilings, moisture-resistant finishes in high-risk areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, and specialist primers for previously contaminated surfaces, leaving a clean, professional finish ready for immediate use.
All vulnerable joints and junctions are resealed using professional anti-mould sealants, including mould-resistant silicone for baths, showers, and basins, anti-mould sealants for window reveals, sills, and frames, and any other junction points identified during your survey.
Where timber has been affected, we apply deep-penetrating fungicidal treatments to eliminate fungal growth within the timber and treat any at-risk structural or decorative timbers preventatively against future fungal attack and decay.
Finally, you receive written aftercare guidance covering ventilation habits, heating patterns, and moisture management, along with clear advice on what to monitor and when to get in touch.

Post-Remediation Assessment
Following remediation, we assess which surfaces, joints, and timber elements require treatment, priming, or redecoration, based on the findings of your survey and the work carried out.
Treatment, Sealing, and Finishing
We apply fungicidal timber treatments, replace failed or contaminated sealants with professional anti-mould alternatives, prime previously contaminated surfaces, and complete all redecoration using mould-resistant coatings throughout.
Aftercare Sign-Off and Written Guidance
We carry out a final inspection to confirm surfaces are properly finished and protected. You receive written aftercare guidance covering ventilation habits, moisture management, and what to monitor going forward.
