For landlords and housing providers, all reports are structured in line with Awaab's Law requirements, documented, classified, and evidenced for compliance.

Our findings cover moisture readings across all affected surfaces, indoor temperature and humidity measurements, ventilation and airflow assessment, root cause identification, including condensation, rising damp, plumbing leaks, cold bridging, and occupancy-related moisture build-up, condition grading: Condition 1 (normal), Condition 2 (elevated moisture), or Condition 3 (active contamination), health risk considerations, including vulnerable occupants and duration of exposure and photographic evidence and a full room-by-room written report.
