Once your survey is complete and the root cause identified, we get to work. Our Targeted Remediation and Treatment service covers the full scope of active intervention, from professional mould removal through to the ventilation and insulation work that prevents it returning. Every stage is controlled, documented, and carried out by trained specialists.
We offer two levels of removal depending on the extent of contamination, followed by the ventilation and insulation solutions recommended in your survey.
Full Mould Remediation is for active or established contamination. We set up full containment and HEPA-filtered air systems with negative pressure control before any removal begins. All affected surfaces are HEPA vacuumed to Class H standard, contaminated materials are safely removed where required, and a fungicidal wash and antimicrobial treatment is applied throughout. Fogging addresses airborne and hard-to-reach areas, and targeted surface swab testing confirms safe completion before handover at Condition 1.
Essential Mould Removal and Surface Protection is for early-stage or surface-level issues. Visible mould is removed, HEPA vacuuming captures fine spores, and a professional fungicidal wash and antimicrobial surface treatment is applied to kill mould at source and reduce the risk of regrowth.
Ventilation and insulation solutions are specified from your survey findings and may include Positive Input Ventilation (PIV), extractor fan upgrades, Heat Recovery Mechanical Ventilation (MVHR), or passive Passyfier Wall Vent Kits. Insulation solutions include Thermal Internal Wall Insulation (TIWI) to eliminate cold bridging and loft insulation to current recommended standards.
Disturbing mould without proper containment spreads spores to unaffected areas. Every removal we carry out uses full containment, HEPA filtration, and negative pressure control throughout.
Our trained specialists set up containment, HEPA filtration, and negative pressure before any removal begins. Every stage follows site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements. We work to IICRC S520 guidelines throughout.
Once removal is complete, we carry out the ventilation and insulation work identified in your survey. All systems are correctly specified and professionally installed in line with UK health and safety regulations.
On completion of all works, targeted surface swab testing confirms the environment is safe. We do not sign off until it is. You receive confirmation of Condition 1 before handover.
